  • Associate Pastor

Andrew grew up in Diamond, Ohio. He grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ as his savior at a young age. While he always desired to learn more about God, he really grew in his faith by going on a missions’ trip to Mexico. Upon coming back, he began serving in his church in as many ways as possible. He eventually felt God leading him into ministry while he was being mentored by his youth pastor. After graduating high school, Andrew attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago where he majored in Pastoral Studies. Through his studies at Moody and time in the city, he began to see his love for fellowship, discipleship, and growing in biblical community. Andrew met his wife Allie while in Chicago, and they married in 2019. Andrew served as the pastor of student ministry for 3 years at MissionView before moving into his current role as an associate pastor. Andrew is passionate about helping people grow deeper in their faith and is excited to be a part of that here through the many ways our church does discipleship. In their free time, Andrew and Allie enjoy hiking, board games, visiting coffee shops, and spending time outside.

  • Associate Pastor over Creative Arts

Hugo joined the MissionView team in 2023. He was raised in Southern California and has served in several churches across the country before relocating to his wife's home state of Ohio. Hugo enjoys family time, listening to music and good coffee.

  • Pastor of Student Ministries

David joined the MissionView team in 2024. He grew up in Hudson, Ohio, in a non-Christian family. His life was flipped upside down when he was saved at the age of twenty-four. Early in his Christian walk, David sensed a call into pastoral ministry. While studying his Bible one summer evening, the truths of Scripture started to take hold of him, and he remembers thinking, “I understand this!” And then the next sweeping thought was, “I want to help others understand this!” Although the passion for ministry was present, the experience in teaching was not. As a result, he moved to Columbus, where he worked as a school teacher for several years. While in Columbus, he met his wife, Ashley, and started attending classes at Southern Seminary. He also served as a pastoral intern at his previous church. David is passionate about sharing the gospel with students, running, reading, skiing/snowboarding, and spending time with Ashley.

  • Care and Connections Pastor

Dave was born and raised in Doylestown, Ohio and moved to Stark County in 2011. He has served in the local church since he was 18 years old. He was a children’s pastor for over 10 years, a youth leader, and the First Impressions Director at a large church in Akron. Dave was blessed to be raised in a Christian home where he learned to care for and appreciate others. His heart is for those that are hurting in any capacity. When Dave is not serving others, he is chasing celebrities, athletes, and musicians for autographs. He also loves spending time with his dog, his 19 grandkids, and his wife, Sue, but NOT in that order! Dave also loves a good Chick-fil-A sandwich, donuts, carrying candy in his pockets, and making people smile.

  • Pastor of Student Ministries

Neil Hoxworth grew up in New Franklin, Ohio and is married to Taylor, who is from North Canton. Neil grew up in a Christian household and regularly attended youth group as a teenager at his previous church, where he was deeply impacted by leaders and friends who loved Christ and had an authentic love for students. During undergraduate college, Neil and Taylor experienced a time of spiritual formation through a Christian fellowship group they joined as students, learning that Jesus wants their entire life and not just a part of it. Discerning a call to ministry, Neil pursued a Master’s in Educational Ministry at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and was also working as a Student Pastor during his time in Seminary. Neil and Taylor look forward to see how God is moving in North Canton through MissionView and are excited to be a part of this incredible community!
