Youth
Middle School
Students in grades 6-8 meet weekly on Sunday nights and Thursday nights for fun, growing deeper with friends, and diving deeper into God’s Word.
High School
Students in grades 9-12 meet weekly on Sunday nights and Thursday nights to learn more about God, hang out with friends, and meet new ones.
Sunday Nights
Students meet at MissionView Church from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, September through May. Middle schoolers and high schoolers are taught separate, age-specific lessons. We get to know one another, play games, and learn about God and how to live our lives to honor Him.
Small Groups
Guys and girls break into middle and high school groups on Thursday nights, September through April, to study Scripture in a more in-depth way. These groups meet in homes or at MissionView Church.
Retreats
We go on two retreats each year — one in the fall and one in the spring. These are overnight trips that encourage deeper friendships and deeper relationships with Jesus!
Mission Trips
We are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus in this world. We offer two mission trips each summer.
Activities
We meet for lots of fun activities throughout the year…from Slip-n-Slide Kickball, to Skate Nights, to movie nights!

FAQs
-
Students meet at MissionView Church at 6:00 p.m. After a short time of catching up with one another, we play a game — and what that is often depends on the weather! We then gather in the auditorium to prepare our hearts for the lesson with worship. Middle and High School students then sit under age-specific teaching and have time to debrief in small groups before going home.

Our weekly Bible Studies meet September through April. Students meet in age and gender-specific groups at different locations (4 groups total). Students spend time hanging out, studying the Bible, and praying together. Our hope is that students grow deeper in their relationships with God and with other students as they study together in a smaller environment.

Aside from other students and our student ministry staff, we have a team of adult leaders who help lead discussions, oversee activities to help keep students safe and engaged, and build relationships. These leaders go through a training at the beginning of the year and meet prior to Sunday night gatherings for ongoing trainings. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our student ministry team!
